I wrote last December (link here) about the Dreamscape Nike Dunks created by Diversitile Custom Clothing. Diversitile was overwhelmed by emails from custom sneaker fans who wanted to get their hands on another version of the Dreamscape Dunks. The Dreamscape Nike Dunks 2.0 were posted this week at the Customsnkr.com blog linked here.
The base color on the Dreamscape Nike Dunks 2.0 is orange but Diversitile went wild with a variety of other colors. The essence of the original Dreamscapes was the swirl of colors that bedazzled the viewer. Diversitile pumped up the volume in terms of his color palette by using brighter and clearer reds, blues and yellows on these customs. The designer kept the black toe box and middle panel as well as the white Nike swoosh for a little respite from the visual explosion.
Diversitile added a little surprise to the sophomore versions of the Dreamscape Dunks with a glow-in-the-dark heel. As the lights go down, the Dreamscape Dunks evolve from a jungle of colors to a more delicate blend of greens and blues around the heel.
